Discovery Session

During an initial information collecting session, we learn about your situation and requirements. Based on this information, we put together a proposal that outlines the solution for your business.

Strategy Signoff

NCC prepares a Letter of Engagement that details the deliverables, time frame and payment terms.

The project starts after this letter is approved by the client.

Development Website

Once the project gets started, we set up a development website, so the production website isn't impacted during the new website development. The client is provided access to the website to see the work in progress.

Quality Assurance

NCC does thorough testing (unit as well as integrated testing) before and after the site launch.

The client is invited to view the work in progress and test the site when the site is ready.

Site Launch

When the client is satisfied with the development site after a defined acceptance period, NCC will

Backup all content (including images) of the existing website
Publish the development site to the production site (This is usually done in evening hours or weekends when site traffic is light, to minimize impact on site users.)
Test every single page and all features on the new production site

After the site launch, NCC can continue to maintain the website:

For a flat monthly fee if site management package is purchased
Or, billed at the current hourly rate, with quarter-hour increments

Staff Training / Help Documentation

NewCircle provides a help file about the administration side of the dynamic site features.

NCC also provides on-site training to staff member on the usage and function of the dynamic site features at an additional cost.
