Challenges

The Opus Group needs a second generation website, with the design updated to reflect the company's new position and image.

They also want the staff to administer the website easily themselves. And they want to gather more visitor information and track downloading of whitepapers.

Solutions

NewCircle created website tools to help the staff make updates and maintain branding:

Shared Website Administration: Any authorized staff can post, delete or edit news items, events and press releases.

Friendly Visitor Access: Visitors can read summaries or full postings on the site, make hard copies in printer-friendly formats, or send web pages to friends via e-mail.

User Registration: Visitors must register or log-in before downloading whitepapers, but no password, only email is required when log-in, making the process quick and painless. And visitors' browsers save log-in information for return visits.

Access to Visitor Data: Site admin staff can find out which whitepapers are popular, as well as which visitors download papers, visit the site frequently, or register for events.

Data for Marketing: Site admin staff can download visitor information to CSV files for use in marketing.
