Up-to-date news and announcements are vital for keeping a website fresh and well-maintained. S o we make it easy to update this information. The process is so simple that all staff will be able to help, making it much more likely that the site will remain current. No technical expertise is required.
Sample items for news may include: new project announcements, project completion, industry events, awards, etc.
How Does it Work?
News/PR Management
Any authorized staff member can post a news/PR item using a password-protected interface. The item is posted to the site in real time, or staff can set a release date for the future. Staff can also define an expiration date when the item is automatically removed. This gives staff complete control over news content.
News/PR Display
Visitors to the news/PR page can view a summary of each item, then click "Read More" to view the full article if it is relevant to them.
Printer-Friendly Versions
Visitors can open a printer-friendly version of an article to make a hard copy, which is convenient for users who prefer to read offline.
News/PR Forwarding
Visitors can click "Send to a Friend," then forward the story to others. This low-cost viral marketing approach publicizes your site to the people most likely to be interested.
