An online portfolio is a convenient way to display your work to potential clients. When new projects are completed, it's important for authorized staff to be able to post to the website quickly without having to wait for assistance from a web developer.

Authorized staff can add new projects to the online portfolio using a password-protected interface.

Postings appear on the site in real-time.

Features that make it easy to post a new project:

Staff can select the category in which to post each project.
Staff can upload one or more photos for each project. Thumbnails are automatically generated. Large photos are automatically resized to an optimal web display size.
Staff can add a summary, a detailed description, as well as other relevant information for each project.

Portfolio Display

Your project portfolio is displayed in a categorized structure that makes sense to the site visitors.

Printable Portfolio

Staff members can quickly generate a printable portfolio by selecting one or more projects from the portfolio list, then clicking a button to generate the printable format. The printed portfolio includes project information and photos, laid out according to a pre-approved template.

This feature is useful when a quick print-out is needed for a client or project meeting.

Portfolio Forwarding

Site visitors can forward the portfolio to a friend using a "Send to a Friend" link. This helps publicize your portfolio to the people most likely to be interested.
