PROJECT PREVIEW FEATURE
This feature keeps customers informed about the status of their projects. Using simple tools, authorized staff can create a Web page for each project, then periodically upload photos and add notes to document progress. Customers can log onto their project page at their convenience, viewing their information using a password-protected Web interface to keep their project confidential.
How Does it Work?
Project Management
Authorized staff can:
- Add new projects to the database using a password-protected interface.
- Upload progress photographs.
- Add progress notes.
- Updates appear on the site in real-time.
- Assign each customer a unique login ID and password to protect access to their projects.
Customers can log in and view progress updates for their projects at any time. They can retrieve forgotten passwords via email.
Email Notification
Customers can sign up to receive notice via email when new progress photos or notes are uploaded.
