Web Function I - Monitor Document Download

New visitors need to fill out a simple form to gain access to documents or white papers:

The form asks for minimal information (email and first name), which takes only a few seconds to enter.
Returning visitors can log in using only their email address.

Through a password-protected interface, authorized staff members can:

View stats about the download activities for each document.
View stats about the user activities for each visitor.
