Create a plan of action, including a Task Chart for each activity to assign roles, identify each person's tasks, create timetables and track progress.
Quantify the marketing investment and scale it as needed to fit your budget.
Create benchmarks and other criteria to measure results after one year, when we assess performance to determine what should be adjusted and why.
