NCC provides website hosting services, which include server setup and maintenance for the website, as well as management of FTP and e-mail accounts.

Hosting is provided at no extra charge when a Site Management Plan is purchased.

Control Panel

The hosting service includes an advanced control panel to help you manage your e-mail addresses, FTP accounts, traffic statistics and much more. Features offered to our customers include: IMAP/POP3/SMTP and web-based e-mail, MySQL databases, PHP, personal CGI-BIN and password-protected directories.

Security and Reliability

We keep our servers up-to-date with the latest software releases. To ensure that the servers remain safe from intruders, multiple protections are in place, including firewalls, intrusion detection, ongoing monitoring, and more.

Backups are created on a daily and weekly schedule. The servers make use of two hard drives set up in a RAID 1 configuration (mirror copies of each other). In the event that one hard drive should fail, it can be replaced with no loss of data.

All our servers are monitored every three minutes by Websitepulse ( http://www.websitepulse.com/ ). Should the servers experience any problems, our technicians are notified via e-mail and SMS, and the problem is investigated immediately.
