HOSTING & SUPPORT

Once a site is launched, we can manage and monitor the site, evaluate and report on site traffic statistics, and make small updates or corrections.

Hosting
	NCC provides website hosting services, which include server setup and maintenance for the website, as well as management of FTP and e-mail accounts. Hosting is provided at no extra charge when a Site Management Plan (see next section) is purchased.
Site Management
	Manage the site after it's launched. Monitor the site activities. Deliver a monthly report, including recommendations, and make necessary adjustments.
Website Support
	Customer support is available via a toll-free number during normal business hours. Customer support is also available through email for extended hours. Response time for support requests is guaranteed to be less than two business days.
Networking & IT Support
	Our experienced technicians provide networking and IT support forWindows and Linux enviornments.
